As I wrote in my post on March 14, 2014, Bill 14-- Justice Statutes Amendment Act, 2014, includes amendments to the Family Law Act that fix some problems with the wording of provisions dealing with the rights of a spouse on separation in respect of a trust of which the other spouse is a beneficiary.
The changes came into effect by regulation on May 26, 2014.
