United States Courthouse, Manhattan, New York

My son Justin took this photograph last summer during our trip to New York. The United States Courthouse at Foley Square was built in the 1930s, in an area that had been in the preceding century perhaps the worst slum in the United States, the infamous Five Points, setting for the 2002 movie Gangs of New York.
