B.C. Continue Legal Education Course: Estate Litigation Basics for Lawyers

I am going to be speaking at a British Columbia Continuing Legal Education Course, "Estate Litigation Basics for Lawyers," on November 7, 2008. The live course will be held at the Vancity Theatre at The Vancouver International Film Centre, 1181 Seymour Street, Vancouver, B.C. There will also be a live webcast.

This course is intended primarily for lawyers starting out in estate litigation and general practitioners. The course is chaired by Amy Francis of Legacy, Tax + Trust Lawyers, in Vancouver.

My topic is an "Introduction to the Wills Variation Act."
