CLE: Out of the Ordinary Problems in Ordinary Estates

I am on the faculty of a Continuing Legal Education course "Out of the Ordinary Problems in Ordinary Estates," in Vancouver, B.C. on Friday, June 27, 2008, at the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel, 1128 West Hastings Street. The course is an intermediate and advanced course for lawyers practicing wills, estates and trusts.

The agenda is here.

James Baird of Boughton Law Corporation is the course chair.

I am going to be speaking on wills written wholly or partially in a language other than English, probating Quebec notarial wills in British Columbia, and valuing assets in a rising or falling market.

I am still working on my papers, but I am getting close.
