Edward J. Schwartz Courthouse, San Diego, California

This is the seat of the United States District Court, Southern District of California. There are plans to build a massive extension. My wife Michele took this picture last March.

I decided it was time to post another picture of a California courthouse a few days ago when the temperature dropped here in Kelowna, and it snowed. The snow didn't last, the temperature rose, and it has been raining off and on since. They have the good sense to keep any snow they have on the mountains in Southern California, but it does rain there too.
