CLE Course: The Basics of Wills and Estate Planning for Lawyers

I have the honor of being on the faculty of a Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia course on "The Basics of Wills and Estate Planning for Lawyers," which will be held October 12 and 13, 2006. The course is intended for British Columbia Lawyers who are "new to the practice of wills, estates, and trusts including newly called lawyers, and more experienced lawyers wanting to develop a practice in this area...."

This course will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Georgia, in Vancouver, B.C., but you can also participate online.

I will be speaking about the Wills Variation Act.
