The Will of the father, the survivor of the parental marriage, indicates an equal split of all assets and the sale of the family home. Now, the father who is not yet dead, is residing in his home with his son and his wife. The father is now insisting on changing the Will to leave everything to the son and daughter-in-law and none to the other two daughters. The son has a police record of commiting Elder Abuse and it is suspected this behavior continues to this day. The father is afraid of the son and had stated such to one of the daughters.
