He left no will but lived in BC but died in alberta. we heard that he may have a twin brother, his friend is trying to take everything and we believe his immediate family should get whatever he has in terms of assets. he currently has a law suit against a medical office for damage that was done to his arm and figure that is why the friend is trying to be the executor.
